Fabulous eye-catching FEI show mare! By Ferro out of Jaegermeister by Wanroij. Beautiful, tall, elegant black mare with super movement and a dream to ride. Always goes forward and willing! Zalona has competed with the best! Many champion and reserve in the breed shows. Qualified for the Young Horse Championships as a 4 year old, but did not travel. Qualified and competed in both the 2009 and 2010 Young Horse Championships at Lamplight near Chicago. She was 4th overall as a 5 year old and 6th overall as a 6 year old!! Also Reserve Champion 6 Year Old Young Horse at the 2010 Western finals in Flintridge. Zalona is definitely a seasoned traveller/competitor! Achieved the highest score ever in Training Level of 87.2% in 2009! Zalona won the CDS and Cal Bred Futurity as a 5 year old and was Resevere Champion this year in the 6 year old futurity! She was 4th in the CDS HOY Third Level Championship as a 6 year old against a highly competitive group of horses. Zalona is intelligent and easy to train -- currently preparing for the 2011 Developing Horse Championships and Prix St George. Going super in the double bridle, she is becoming confirmed in her tempis and pirouettes. Ready to go in the spring! Zalona would be the perfect mount for a professional, a highly competitive amateur, or an up and coming Young Rider!
