Like New, County Perfection, 18" wide tree with short forward flaps and external blocks. I LOVE this saddle! It's soft, supple leather hugs you and keeps you in place. You really feel like it puts you down and around the horse versus perching on top. It has had approximately a dozen rides, and has been cleaned after every use. I also keep a cover on it. My mare hurt herself and can no longer be a riding horse. She is off to be a brood mare. This saddle unfortunately does not fit the new narrow horse!
