| This dressage saddle is a Collegiate Jessica, 17 inch seat, medium to medium wide tree, black leather. Saddle is about 4.5 years old and I have owned it for about 3 years (though it hasn't been ridden in for about 2 years since it no longer fits my horse). It is in nearly new condition with essentially no wear on the flaps, seat, or billets. There are two very small scuffs - one on the right side of the pommel and one in the center of the cantle - cosmetic only and only visible on close inspection. This saddle has always been properly stored and well cared for - it's also quite comfortable to ride in and well made for the price. I had it entirely professionally re-flocked when I purchased it - so the panels are in great condition and it will not need any flocking maintenance for a while (flocking is all wool). This saddle has long billets and there is about 3.5 fingers of clearance through the length of the gullet. The wide gullet makes this saddle especially comfortable for your horse (giving plenty of clearance for the spine). |
