Try adding &fmt=18 to the end of your video link. This tells YouTube to play the "high quality video" Your video link becomes:

The improvement of your video's play quality will depend on the original quality of your video that you uploaded to YouTube to begin with. However, this high quality tip helps to improve most videos at least a noticeable amount.
