I cannot add photos
If you cannot add photos here are a few things to keep in mind.
If you added photos and do not see them immediately after creating your ad, please note: If you make a mistake on the new ad form and are given the message to *Please correct the indicated errors*, you MUST reselect your graphic and choose *replace with new image* because your image has not been uploaded yet.
Photo addition tips:
You are not restricted on the size of your photos but you should be sure to make your photos a size of around 300 pixels wide. There are many reasons for this but the main reason is that they are only displayed on DressageStar.com up to 300 pixels wide so the rest is wasted. Large photos will cause you ad to load very slowly for visitors if the photos are all larger than recommended.Photo upload tips:
Tip 1:
When adding or replacing a photo you must click to "Replace with new image" for each photo you upload or change. Then click browse to locate the photo on your computer.
Tip 2:
If there is an internet connection speed problem try adding only 1 photo at a time, save it, and then edit to add next photo. You photos may be too big too upload in a reasonable amount of time. Try making your photo file sizes a lot smaller. You ad will load for visitors much faster this way.
Tip 3:
Another thing to notice is that if you make a mistake on the classified ad form and it asked you to correct it, you must select your photo again if it was not already added by clicking to "Replace with new image" for each photo you upload or change. Then click browse to locate the photo on your computer once again.
