We ship UPS (United Parcel Service) ground and USPS (United States Postal Service) priority within the lower 48 states and USPS priority international internationally. For UPS shipments, rates are based on dimensional weight and box size. UPS and the USPS increased their rates on May 16, 2008. This is "force majeure" and we have no control over it. Saddles and larger tack items over 10 pounds are rated as single shipments and cannot be combined or discounted due to weight. We will attempt to ship your item within 48 hours after payment has been received. This item is subject to a FIXED SHIPPING price. This item is NOT eligible for pickup unless otherwise stated. All international orders are shipped by USPS Priority International. A USPS customs declaration dispatch label with a shipping number is created however, it can only be tracked while in the United States. So please contact us for measurements before you order.  Return Policy Our Guarantee - We offer a 3-Day return policy. We recommend that you inspect your order immediately when it arrives. That includes inspecting your box and contents before the driver leaves to ensure there were no damages incurred during transit. Please note that all orders are carefully inspected prior to being boxed and shipped from Nationwide Equine's warehouse. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, and/or accessories. Please do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner. When returning or exchanging an item with Velcro, please close the Velcro because it can pull on the fabric if stuck. If the item is damaged because the Velcro pulled on the fabric, we will not be able to accept the item back for return. We will not accept returns if the item and its packaging is not in its original condition and will return such items to you. If a customer rejects a return shipment, Nationwide Equine Saddle and Tack Superstore reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. We strongly suggest you ship returns by a service that offers shipping insurance and tracking capabilities. Merchandise returned by other means or that is lost or damaged in transit is still your responsibility. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to returning an item. Items received after 7 days of receiving an RMA number will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
