Items damaged in shipping are UPS insured. Claims are to be filed directly with UPS for payment, not through us. This is the buyers responsibility to file through UPS as an insurance claim.

In the unfortunate event of any problems, the buyer has a Three day window to contact us. The refund policy on any returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-sellable condition and all original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred sending products back. Refund is based on actual item cost that ended in aution.
