We do our best to ship every item within 48 hours of payment. Some items are drop shipped from manufacturer warehouses. This can cause a delay in your shipment. If you have a combined order with items that normally ship from different locations, there may be a delay while all items are collected to send in one box. International orders cannot be drop shipped. Please contact us before bidding if you have any questions.
International Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees or additional charges incurred during shipping. UPS shipping methods may incur an additional customs brokerage fee of $25.00 or more due at delivery. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN US FUNDS. We cannot ship international packages marked as 'Gift'. Please note that some countries have restrictions on box size for certain shipping methods. If you are purchasing a long item, saddle or a harness, please check with us as there may be additional shipping costs not shown in the shipping calculator due to increased box size.

International Buyers: We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Bid Pay and Money Orders in US Funds. International Buyers may pay with Paypal only if a shipping method with tracking is chosen. Paypal requires sellers to provide tracking for international shipments.
Checkout Instructions
Winning bidder must contact us within 3 days of auction end and Payment must be received within 10 days of auction end. Please use the Ebay Checkout when you are ready to pay for your item. Non-Paying Bidder alerts are filed automatically through Ebay for auctions not paid for within 10 days.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and you may return the item promptly in new and unused condition within 14 days. You will receive a refund for your bid price. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Any item returned after the 14 day period will be applied to store credit only. Buyer may apply the store credit toward the purchase of any item from our Ebay store or Online Catalog.
