As a foal Dori competed alongside her mother Torette R Elite in several USDF recognized breed shows including Dressage at Devon and finished fourth in the nation USDF HOY Standings and second nationally for KWPN fillies of 2008 Already in her first year of competing under saddle in recognized shows she accumulated an abundance of superlative scores and wins at Training Level up to 70+% Dori is ready to compete at First Level for 2014 show season and she is successfully developing her repertoire at Second Level. Dori is schooling walk - canter transitions counter canter travers half pass and 10m canter circles easily and is always ready perform what is asked of her even the new movements presented. Dori is very straightforward and rides the same inside and outside. Dori has been ridden by multiple amateur riders in occasional lessons given by her trainer and has been very well behaved and patient and gives each rider a good feeling. Dori is sired by the Hanoverian approved stallion Schroeder who is by the legendary Sandro Hit out of an Escudo I dam. Schroeder is currently competing successfully at Prix St. Georges and Intermediare I. In 2013 Schroeder was Region 8 Fourth Level Champion. Doris dam Torette R is an Elite KWPN mare who placed fourth in the prestigious national mare show in Holland Paardendagen at Ermelo as a 3 year old The same year Dori was at her mothers side Torette R became Grand Champion at NEDAs Fall Festival Breed Show as well as USDF New England Mare Champion and 1 USDF KWPN-NA Bred Mare Horse of the Year.
